Brie C. Swan, M.S., CCC-SLP

Brie C. Swan, M.S., CCC-SLP , President & CEO of Comprehensive Concepts in Speech & Hearing, Inc., completed her bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology at Augustana College and her master's degree in communication sciences and disorders at Western Illinois University. She is licensed by the state of Ohio and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience diagnosing and treating pediatric through adult populations with a wide variety of communication disorders; including, autism spectrum disorders, apraxia, articulation, language based learning disabilities, social/pragmatics, and swallowing. She also is a certified practitioner for Interactive Metronome (IM). She provides professional development trainings, specialized therapy diagnosis and treatment, and consultation for families and local schools.


Marian Manne

Marian Manne , trained in business and has been CCSH's office manager for 20 years. She is in charge of scheduling appointments, billing insurance, checking patients in and out, and making sure the office runs smoothly. Rita L. Sampson M.S., CCC-SLP

Rita L. Sampson M.S., CCC-SLP , Clinic Director and speech-language pathologist, completed her bachelor's degree in communication disorders and her master's degree in communication sciences and disorders at Bowling Green State University. She has been employed by CCSH, Inc. since 2001 and has experience diagnosing and treating a variety of communication needs, including pediatric and adult language disorders (receptive, expressive, and pragmatic), articulation disorders and aural rehabilitation. Rita has worked with individuals in the private practice, school, early intervention, and home settings. Rita is a member of the Ohio Speech Language Hearing Association (OSHLA) and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).


Jessica L. Irsik, M.A., CF-SLP

Jessica L. Irsik, M.A., CCC-SLP, speech language pathologist, completed her Bachelor of Arts in speech and hearing science, with minors in linguistics and disability studies, at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and her Master of Arts in speech-language pathology at the University of Cincinnati. She has experience treating children and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, schools, and private practice. She has treated clients with a variety of disorders, including articulation, language, pragmatics, cognitive, and swallowing. She is licensed by the state of Ohio and the state of Kentucky and is very excited to join the CCSH team!



Elisabeth W. Galperin, M.A. CCC-SLP

Elisabeth W. Galperin, M.A. CCC-SLP, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education/Speech Language Pathology at Miami University. She continued her education at the University of Cincinnati, earning her Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology in 2002. While living in North Carolina from 2002-20014, she worked in the public school setting as well as in a private practice setting. Elisabeth is excited to have recently returned to Cincinnati with her husband to raise their two sons with family nearby. Elisabeth has experience working with children as well as adults with a variety of disorders, including language/learning deficits, ADHD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), articulation, and hearing impairment. She especially enjoys working with clients on executive function development and with clients experiencing attention and focus challenges. Elisabeth holds her Ohio license and looks forward to working with the families and clients at CCSH!


Anna K. Heekin, M.S., CCC-SLP

Anna K. Heekin, M.S., CCC-SLP, completed her Bachelor of Arts in Speech & Hearing Science at The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders at Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia. She is licensed by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the state of Ohio. Her experiences include work with adults of all ages in an acute care rehabilitation facility, adults and children in the private clinic setting, and preschool through high school students in the school setting. Through these experiences, she has worked diagnosing and treating disorders in a variety of areas including: expressive and receptive language, cognitive, articulation and phonology, swallowing, and fluency. She is beyond thrilled to be joining the CCSH team.


Jenna Engelhard, MA CCC-SLP

Jenna Engelhard, MA CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist, completed her Bachelor of Science degree in communication sciences and disorders with a minor in linguistics and her Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology at Ohio University. She has experience treating children with articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, autism spectrum disorder, and oral motor impairments in outpatient, school, and hospital settings. She also has experience treating adults for speech, language, and swallowing in skilled nursing facilities. Jenna is thrilled to begin her work with CCSH.


Meredith A. Snow, M.S. CCC-SLP

Meredith A. Snow, M.S. CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist, completed her bachelor of science degree and master of science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in Oxford, MS. She also played D1 collegiate soccer for four years at Ole Miss. Meredith has experience treating children and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, schools, and private practice. She has treated clients with a variety of disorders, including articulation, expressive/receptive language, pragmatics, cognitive, and swallowing. She especially loves working with children on the spectrum and children with Down Syndrome. She is licensed by the state of Ohio and is very excited to join the CCSH team!


Leslie A. Kluener, M.A., CCC-SLP

Leslie A. Kluener, M.A., CCC-SLP, speech language pathologist, completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Cincinnati. Her clinical experience includes working with various populations from preschool Head Start programs, public schools, inpatient/outpatient hospital settings, to acute rehabilitation. She has experience evaluating and treating children and adults with various disorders including aphasia, dysphagia, receptive and expressive language, articulation, voice, and pragmatics. She currently holds a license in the state of Ohio and is excited to join the CCSH team!


Rosa L. Massaro,  M.A., CCC-SLP

Rosa L. Massaro, M.A., CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders at University of Cincinnati, and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at University of Cincinnati. She has experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children and adults within multiple settings including pre-K through high school, inpatient and outpatient settings, and home health. She has treated patients with a variety of disorders including articulation, language, autism, stuttering, voice, cognition, and swallowing. She looks forward to working with clients and enjoys being a part of the CCSH team.


Caitlin Gavin, M.S., CCC-SLP

Caitlin Gavin, M.S., CCC-SLP, (Speech-Language Pathologist), completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati and her Master or Science from Marshall University in West Virginia. She has had clinical experience diagnosing and treating both children and adults in a variety of settings including a public school, university clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and private practice. Caitlin has experience treating clients with a variety of disorders including articulation, expressive and receptive language, pragmatics, aphasia, dementia, cognition, and dysphagia. She is eager to begin her first year as a speech-language pathologist working with the families and clients at CCSH!


Ellie S. Carpenter, M.A., CCC-SLP

Ellie S. Carpenter, M.A., CCC-SLP, speech language pathologist, is excited to return to her hometown of Cincinnati, OH after completing her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at Ohio University in Athens, OH. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including nursing and rehabilitation facilities, public elementary schools, and private clinic. In these settings, Ellie has worked with clients, preschool to adult. Ellie has evaluated and treated clients with a variety of disorders, including expressive and receptive language, articulation, pragmatics, cognition, and swallowing. Ellie is looking forward to fostering relationships with the clients and families served by CCSH.


Katherine Martin, M.A., CCC-SLP

Katherine Martin, M.A., CCC-SLP, speech-language pathologist, completed her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Cincinnati. She has clinical experience diagnosing and treating both children and adults in a variety of settings, including; Head Start programs, public schools, university clinic, and skilled nursing facilities. Katherine has experience treating clients with a variety of disorders including articulation, expressive and receptive language, pragmatics, traumatic brain injury, aphasia, dementia, cognition, and dysphagia. She holds her license in the state of Ohio and is very excited to join the CCSH team!

Elyse Lamphier, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech-language pathologist, completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with minors in American-Sign Language and Psychology and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Central Michigan University.   She is licensed by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the state of Ohio.  She has experience evaluating and treating children of all ages in the areas of articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorder in multiple settings.  She also has experience evaluating and treating adults in the areas of language, speech, and swallowing in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient rehab.  She is excited to continue her work with families and clients as part of the CCSH team!


Tina K. Veale, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Tina K. Veale, Ph.D., CCC-SLP , founder of Comprehensive Concepts in Speech and Hearing, Inc., completed her doctoral degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Cincinnati in 1998. Dr. Veale has over 30 years of experience assessing and treating communication impairment in children and adults with developmental disabilities. Her expertise in working with individuals with autism and their families is widely known as she is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences. She continues to visit Cincinnati regularly and serves as a consultant to clinicians and families of CCSH.


Lisa R Rademacher, MA, F-AAA, President/CEO

Lisa R Rademacher, MA, F-AAA, President/CEO , owner of Concepts In Hearing, LLC and director of audiology, completed her bachelors degree in Communication Disorders at Indiana University and her masters degree in Audiology at Ball State University. Concepts in Hearing and Comprehensive Concepts in Speech & Hearing work together to meet speech and hearing needs of patients. Concepts in hearing resides in the same location alongside CCSH. She is active as an audiologist in her professional community, licensed in Ohio, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
