Brie C. Swan, M.S., CCC-SLP , President & CEO of Comprehensive Concepts in Speech & Hearing, Inc., completed her bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology at Augustana College and her master's degree in communication sciences and disorders at Western Illinois University. She is licensed by the state of Ohio and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She has experience diagnosing and treating pediatric through adult populations with a wide variety of communication disorders; including, autism spectrum disorders, apraxia, articulation, language based learning disabilities, social/pragmatics, and swallowing. She also is a certified practitioner for Interactive Metronome (IM). She provides professional development trainings, specialized therapy diagnosis and treatment, and consultation for families and local schools.
Marian Manne , trained in business and has been CCSH's office manager for 20 years. She is in charge of scheduling appointments, billing insurance, checking patients in and out, and making sure the office runs smoothly. Rita L. Sampson M.S., CCC-SLP , Clinic Director and speech-language pathologist, completed her bachelor's degree in communication disorders and her master's degree in communication sciences and disorders at Bowling Green State University. She has been employed by CCSH, Inc. since 2001 and has experience diagnosing and treating a variety of communication needs, including pediatric and adult language disorders (receptive, expressive, and pragmatic), articulation disorders and aural rehabilitation. Rita has worked with individuals in the private practice, school, early intervention, and home settings. Rita is a member of the Ohio Speech Language Hearing Association (OSHLA) and the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Sara Highland, M.S., CCC-SLP , speech-language pathologist, who received her Bachelors of Science and her Masters of Science degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Sara has experience diagnosing and treating children and adults with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, and cognition. She has treated patients and their families in school, hospital, clinic, and long term care settings. Sara is a member of the Ohio Speech Language and Hearing Association (OSHLA) and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She previously worked at CCSH, Inc. from 1995-1998 and is excited to be back on board!
Elizabeth Wright, M.S., CCC-SLP , speech-language pathologist, who received her Bachelors of Science at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and her Masters at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She has experience in treating preschool and school age children with a variety of communication needs. She also has exerience working with adult populations with swallowing and cognitive based communication deficits.
Tina K. Veale, Ph.D., CCC-SLP , founder of Comprehensive Concepts in Speech and Hearing, Inc., completed her doctoral degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Cincinnati in 1998. Dr. Veale has over 30 years of experience assessing and treating communication impairment in children and adults with developmental disabilities. Her expertise in working with individuals with autism and their families is widely known as she is a frequent presenter at state and national conferences. She continues to visit Cincinnati regularly and serves as a consultant to clinicians and families of CCSH.
Lisa R Rademacher, MA, F-AAA, President/CEO , owner of Concepts In Hearing, LLC and director of audiology, completed her bachelors degree in Communication Disorders at Indiana University and her masters degree in Audiology at Ball State University. Concepts in Hearing and Comprehensive Concepts in Speech & Hearing work together to meet speech and hearing needs of patients. Concepts in hearing resides in the same location alongside CCSH. She is active as an audiologist in her professional community, licensed in Ohio, and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association, a member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Better Business Bureau.
